{Matthew 1:1} The book of
the
generation
of Jesus Christ,
the
son of David,
the
son of Abraham.

And
Jesse begat
David
the king; and
David the king begat Solomon
of her [that had been the wife] of Urias;

{Matthew 1:20} But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou
son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

son of David, have mercy on us.

son of David: Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.

{Matthew 21:15} And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the
son of David; they were sore displeased,

of David.

Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
